REQUIRED: Your in-person consultation will be scheduled after this step is completed. Our virtual consultation is a one-on-one session where we discuss your hair goals, hair history, and what you’re looking for so we can determine the best way to support your loc journey. This step is required for all new, potential, and transfer clients before any in person service can be scheduled. Whether you’re new to Sisterlocks® or transferring from another consultant, we’d love to meet you! This one-on-one in-person consultation allows us to review your hair and scalp to ensure Sisterlocks® is the right fit. ✨ Please arrive with clean, product-free hair in its natural state — no conditioner, oils, styling products, straightening, or blow-drying. During your visit, 3–5 rows of test locks will be installed to determine the ideal size, parting pattern, and locking method for your texture. After two shampoo cycles, we’ll schedule your full Sisterlocks® establishment, typically about two weeks later. New Establishments: The consultation fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your establishment cost. ············ Transfer Clients: Required to assess scalp health, loc condition, and maintenance history.

During this in-person session, we will discuss your hair goals in more detail and determine the best size, parting pattern, and method for your Microlocks. We will assess your hair and scalp, answer any questions you may have, and create a personalized plan tailored specifically to your loc journey. As a reminder, your first retightening includes a complimentary shampoo service. Your in-person consultation must be completed before scheduling your Microlocks establishment appointment.

This service will be MANUALLY scheduled after your in-person consultation and cannot be booked online. The establishment package includes your consultation, full installation, first retightening, and a starter kit. Deposit fee will be subtracted from package price! Establishments typically take average of 2 days, depending on hair length and density. Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation, and your deposit will be applied toward the total cost. ✨ For your comfort, please bring a cozy pillow, blanket, and plenty of snacks. Feel free to load up your favorite music or podcasts—and get ready to begin your Sisterlocks® journey 🌺

Want a clean, professional loc foundation without Sisterlocks®? We create neat, durable locs using the interlocking method only — no waxes, creams, or gels. Establishment takes 1–2 days depending on hair length, density, and chosen size. A consultation is required. This service will be booked manually after your consult, where you may choose the sizing of your Microlocks based on your needs. Your first retightening includes a complimentary free shampoo service. 🌺

Stay Consistent for Healthy Sisterlocks® or Microlocs! Maintain a 4–6 week retightening schedule to keep your locs strong and thriving. First-Time Retightening: Complimentary shampoo included. Need a Mid-Cycle Refresh? Book a quick Shampoo & Root Retouch. Newly Locked? We’ll handle the braiding, banding and shampoo. Fully locked? (For Larger-Sized Locs) This service is designed for clients who prefer interlocking for their maintenance routine. We carefully interlock the new growth to create a clean, neat, and long-lasting finish. Every 8–10 Weeks (Fully Matured Locs Only) No oils, creams, gels, or styling products are included with this service. This ensures your locs remain lightweight, buildup-free, and healthy. If you prefer product-free maintenance that keeps your roots tight and your locs looking fresh, this service is ideal for you.

This service is for Sisterlocks® and Microlocks clients to addresses unraveling, slippage, bunching, matting, and grid concerns. If these issues result from overdue maintenance or neglect, a repair fee will apply in addition to your standard re-tightening fee. Repair sessions are also available to transfer clients in need of restoration work. This service is provided on a case by case basis. Packages are offered in 1- to 4-hour sessions to accommodate your specific needs. Loc reattachment services not offered at this time. 🌺

If forms are not completed, A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment, and please note that incomplete forms may delay your service. 🌺

If you rebook or reschedule your appointment outside of our 7-day policy, a $25 rebooking/reschedule fee will be required in addition to any deposits paid. This fee will be applied toward your service balance on the day of your appointment. If you need to rebook less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, full prepayment of your service will be required at the time of booking in order to secure your new appointment time.
