We do not install or maintain locs with extensions. A deposit is required to secure all appointments, and appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are refundable in accordance with our booking policy. Please be advised that same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
