No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations If you cancel the same day or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Please book only if you are certain you can keep your appointment. Our 7-Day Booking Policy will be strictly enforced, as each booking reserves dedicated time exclusively for you. Discovering Sisterlocks® transformed not only my hair, but also my confidence and connection to self.
