To ensure the best service possible, we kindly ask that you review and follow the guidelines below: • Punctuality is essential — Please arrive on time to your appointment. • Loc Establishment Policy — A 50% deposit of the total service price is due on the first day of Loc Establishment. • No Visitors Policy — Only clients receiving services are allowed in the studio. No additional guests or children, please. • Respectful Environment — Please be respectful and courteous to staff and fellow clients at all times. • Late Arrival Courtesy — If you are running late, please call or message us as a courtesy. • Rescheduling Notice — Clients arriving more than 1 hour late may be required to reschedule their appointment. ⸻ Business Hours Business hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and some Weekdays by appointment only. A credit card is required to secure your online booking. Your card will not be charged until services are rendered. Other payment options available upon request and a deposit may be required. We charge a 25% cancellation fee within 24 hours of your scheduled time slot. No charges if rescheduling services. No shows will be charged 50% of the Service Fee. We understand that things come up, but if we don’t hear from you after a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we won’t be able to continue offering services going forward. Be respectful of our time and refrain from making an appointment if you won’t be showing up. Please take advantage of the free Pre-consultation service to ensure you’re taking the right step toward your loc journey! If you are sick please reach out for rescheduling. If you show up to your appointment with any illness, for the safety of our consultants and others we will kindly ask you to reschedule.

I have a deep passion for empowering others through natural beauty, authenticity, and self-love. With a strong background in healthcare and a deep passion for natural hair, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic care to every client’s loc journey. My natural hair journey began out of frustration with feeling the need to conform to a beauty standard that didn’t reflect who I truly was. In 2010, I said “BYE BYE” to chemical relaxers and straighteners and embraced the “Big Chop” — or more accurately, the Big Shave! That bold decision opened the door to self-acceptance and freedom. For five years, I proudly rocked my curly fro. Then I discovered Sisterlocks — a decision that completely transformed how I connected with my hair. While the journey wasn’t always easy, over time I’ve watched my hair flourish beyond anything I imagined. The freedom, confidence, and ease that comes with Sisterlocks is truly unmeasurable. Today, I take great pride in wearing my natural hair freely and unapologetically — and I’d love to help you do the same.
Hi, I’m Christine, Co-Owner of AfroBeauty Locs, Sisterlocks® Practitioner and Licensed Hair Braider. I have a lifelong passion for natural beauty and healthy hair. Over 30 years ago, I began my journey in hair school, but life called me to focus on raising my family. Having spent the last 20 years working in the mortgage servicing industry, I’ve returned to my roots—literally and professionally—bringing decades of wisdom and love for Black hair care to every client I serve. My personal natural hair journey began over ten years ago after facing damage and hair loss caused by chemical relaxers and tight braiding styles. Two years ago, I made the life-changing decision to establish Sisterlocks®—and I haven’t looked back since! It has been the best choice I’ve made for my hair, and I’m proud to say: I am Sisterlocked and Loving It! It’s an honor to walk alongside other Black women as they embrace their natural beauty, reclaim their confidence, and begin their journey to hair freedom.
